Mom has been verbally abusive, has interferred with visits, accused of first physical abuse and now sexual. CPS has proved that it is unfounded. Mom is increasingly hostile and recently asked for visits to be dropped because she was having a hard time potty training the now 3 yr old. COurt denied as they had agreed on order to work with mediator. SO now false sex abuse accusations gained her a 2 week relief from abuse for son. She is asking for limited, supervised visits. AGain cps has disproved allegations.
