my mom ran the faucet, and went psssssssssssss, until she heard tinkle tinkle. works like a charm.
Check to see if “Dr. Phil” has his method outlined somewhere.
We used a similar approach w/our son and it worked like a charm.
I POTTY TRAINED MY DAUGHTER IN 2 DAYS!! SHE LOVES STICKERS! HANG A SHORT CALENDER UP IN THE BATHROOM AT HER LEVEL. MAKE IT ONLY A WEEK OR 2 LONG. I JUST MADE 14 BOXES AND LABELED THEM MON -SUN. EVERYTIME SHE USES THE POTTY SHE GETS TO PICK A STICKER AND PUT IT UP FOR THAT DAY. SHE WAS SO EXCITED TO TELL ME WHEN SHE HAD TO GO!! AVOID THE LITTLE TOILET IF YOU CAN, GO STRAIGHT TO ‘THE BIG GIRL TOILET’.
Hi.. i feel your pain. I have a 13 yr old boy (he was so easy) A 7 year old Girl (ugh) and a 31/2 year old girl (easy)
With both of my girls. I went out and bought the prettiest little pantys I could find. And kept going on and on how when they started using the big potty they could wear them. That worked a little. But, the best was the treat basket…
I went to the dollar store and bought several different toys that I knew she would love.
Everytime she used the potty she could pick a toy out of the basket.
After about 4 days of this, they were both in there pretty little girl pantys and the diapers were gone.
All kids are different. But maybe this will work for your little angel.
Godd luck to both of you…
Stacie
I personally don’t know of any, but if you check out these sites, it may either answer your question, or direct you to other sites. Good luck.

What worked for my little girl was to put her in real panties and take her to the potty every thirty minutes. When she finally does go in the potty, make a big deal out of it. You can do the sticker thing or just clap and say yea!!! It’s up to you and what will motivate your little girl the best. You might laugh at me but I found the book “Potty Training for Dummies” the best resource.
I just potty trained my son and daughter. I like an approach where I don’t have to pressure or push my child. What worked for me was The Potty Stool http://www.thepottystool.com I started by just setting it at the toilet. My kids immediately climbed up on the stool and discovered that they could safely use the toilet. This got them very interested in using the toilet and they were potty trained very quickly. Kids like to use what they know mommy and daddy use.
I like that I don’t have to double the steps of potty training by training them first in a potty and then training them to stop using a potty. And not dumping and cleaning a potty each time is great. The best thing is that kids use it for years. I hope this helps you.
