We have a First Years one that hurts my son’s leg and he has trouble getting the potty in the potty chair.

I know this won’t answer your question, but I didn’t use a potty… I got mine the elmo seat cover for the big toilette.
If he likes it, don’t spend your money on smoothing that he will out grow
